Network engineers needed faster ways to find technical knowledge and investigate performance issues.

My role

I shaped the product roadmap and built AI Maestro: a multi-agent platform combining KPI analysis, intelligent document search, and location-based insights. Locally hosted models addressed privacy and security constraints.

The outcome

9,600 work-hours saved annually and approximately 80% faster root cause analysis. Recognized with Rakuten Mobile’s Innovation Award and the CEO’s Passionately Professional Award.

Built EasyOokla, a desktop application that automated speed-test data collection and reporting — the first working prototype of the automation thinking that runs through my AI work today.
Produced operator insights for major national events (Hajj, Ramadan, Riyadh Season) where network quality had direct business stakes.

My telecommunications career began in 2007 as a DriveTest Engineer in Egypt. I then worked on telecom installations, network optimization, and large-scale mobile infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. That hands-on foundation continues to inform my work in AI and innovation.
